Leading a diverse team with multiple national evaluation, education and leadership development projects. The majority of projects related to the development of disability leadership and evaluating supports and services. Most projects have been in New Zealand with some projects in Australia, North America and Hong Kong.

Project Leader, SAMS
Co-developing evaluation and leadership frameworks, facilitating a range of evaluations, skill development forums and organisational development activities. Emphasis given to ensuring disabled people and families were equipped leaders in positive change.

A wide range of contracts that typically related to equity issues, collaborative ways of working and creatively using conflict. Facilitating community worker, social worker and youth worker training and working with local communities to build grassroots leadership.
